Q No 1. Is it the same training course which IBM provides?

Answer. Yes, it is the same course, and the course material will be shipped from IBM.

Q No 2. Do you have IBM certified trainers?

Answer. The class will be trained by an IBM certified Instructor.

Q No 3. How can I enroll for the training?

Answer.

1. Enrollment for WC710 IBM Training
2. Enrollment for WC550 IBM Training
3. Enrollment for WC551 IBM Training

After we receive your enrollment we will send you a proposal. When you accept the proposal we will send you an invoice and you can pay via credit card or company check.

Q No 4. Can I set my own schedule for the training?

Answer. If you have 3 or more students, we can arrange a training for you both Onsite or Instructor Led Online.

Q No 5. How will you provide the training?

Answer. Check below our training delivery criteria;

1. For Classroom training:

It will be held at our Naperville, IL office.

2. For Instructor Led Online Class:

We will provide a conference call number and GoToMeeting ID. We will also provide a RDC connection to the Lab machine.

Q No 6. How we will perform labs?

Answer. We will provide a PC with the WCS Course image so we can do all the labs easily.

Q No 7. Will you provide support once the training completed?

Answer. There is 7 day support after the training so if you have any questions after the training you will have one more week to ask questions.
