IBM Sales Center for WebSphere Commerce

IBM Sales Center IBM Sales Center for WebSphere Commerce is an application for use by sales representatives within an organization's inbound call center. It features a user interface designed for optimal navigational flow and the ability to Multitask to improve productivity. Using this component, customer service representatives are able to manage customer profiles, orders, returns, payments, and more through an interface that is synchronized with the same data that is in use by the businesses store. This application is a client to the WebSphere Commerce Server; it will access stores and store data directly to perform its operations.
